Walk and Talk Groups
Held on Tuesdays at 1pm
Being physically active, connecting with nature, and socialising with other people are all things which have been shown to have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing. Walking groups bring a ‘fresh’ approach to having conversations about mental health and provide a great opportunity to improve wellbeing and reduce loneliness in the community.
Whilst also promoting good physical health benefits, walking groups allow you to socialise with peers, whilst also adhering to appropriate social distancing measures.
