Depression & Anxiety Group

Held Every Monday, 1pm at our office. (66 St Helens Road, SA1 4BE)

Our depression group is a safe space where every participant is free to share their own personal experiences with depression. Here we aim to raise awareness of the impact of depression, and to share strategies on how best to cope and manage low mood and symptoms of depression.

Our Anxiety group aims to educate participants to help them better understand their anxiety and to help them develop personal coping strategies which help best manage their anxiety on a daily basis.

Anger Management Course

Held Every Tuesday, 1pm at our office From 6th June 2023. (66 St Helens Road, SA1 4BE)

Our Anger Management course involves developing better ways to cope and manage with the anger we experience on a daily basis within a group setting. Over a series of eight sessions, we discuss relevant coping mechanisms and strategies to help improve how we handle and tolerate our anger on a daily basis. After attending all eight sessions a certificate of achievement will be provided to all participants. This service is currently free. 

Walk & Talk Group

Held Every Wednesdays , 1pm on the steps of the Brangwyn Hall, Guildhall Road South, SA1 4PE   

Join us for a stroll along the beautiful Swansea Bay. Our walking groups provide a great opportunity for being physically active, connecting with nature, socialising with others and reducing loneliness in your community, all of which have been scientifically shown to have a positive impact on your mental health and wellbeing.  

 

Neurodivergent Peer Support Group

When: Each Friday at 1pm at our office (66 St Helens Road, SA1 4BE)

A place where you can uncover a warm and inviting community that truly values and respects your
neurodivergent identity. Here, you have the opportunity to connect with compassionate individuals
who understand the challenges and triumphs that come with being neurodivergent. Engage in open
discussions without fear of judgment, as we foster an environment of acceptance and empathy.
Whether you’re seeking advice, understanding, or simply a listening ear, our community is here for
you. Together, we aim to embrace neurodiversity and create a supportive network that uplifts and
empowers each and every member.
