Our depression group is a safe space where every participant is free to share their own personal experiences with depression. Here we aim to raise awareness of the impact of depression, and to share strategies on how best to cope and manage low mood and symptoms of depression.

Our Anxiety group aims to educate participants to help them better understand their anxiety and to help them develop personal coping strategies which help best manage their anxiety on a daily basis.
