Swansea Mind's volunteers help run our services. They provide a listening ear and offer support and information when possible.

All volunteers at Swansea Mind are offered full support, training, supervision and travel expenses.

The Trustees at Swansea Mind are the employers of all paid staff. It is a highly responsible voluntary role. They ensure sound management of all financial matters and make sure the policies of Mind are adhered to.

Ongoing training and support is offered to all Trustees.
